A man has been charged with eight offences, including drugs supply and possession of a firearm.
Lybia Assoba, 31, of Corncastle Road, Luton, has also been charged with a serious assault.
Assoba was arrested following an incident in Townsley Close, Luton on Sunday, April 19, 2020.
He has subsequently been charged with the following offences:
- Wound / inflict grievous bodily harm without intent
- Possession with intent to supply cocaine
- Possession with intent to supply heroin
- Possession of a prohibited firearm
- Possession of ammunition for a firearm without a certificate
- Possession of cannabis
- Criminal damage
- Contravention of the restrictions on movement during the coronavirus emergency period
Assoba appeared at Luton Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, April 21, where he was remanded into custody until a future court hearing in May.
