Appeal for information following a knife point robbery in Luton

On Monday, July 13, at 11.30pm a man was picking up friend in Dallow Road, Luton, when four males entered his vehicle and threatened him with a knife, before taking his phone and money.

The offenders were seen entering a grey Mercedes.

Sergeant Richard Marshall said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who may have been in Dallow Road at the time, and saw four males acting suspiciously, or may have witnessed the incident.

“Knife crime will not be tolerated in Bedfordshire and we will continue to drive down such crimes.

“Incidents of serious youth violence fell by nine percent in Bedfordshire last year and we are committed to working with other groups and agencies to tackle the root causes of these issues”
