Opportunity knocks when you sign up with The Bedford College Group, as Jade Bagshaw has found.

She is working with a fantastic company:  3 Heads Agency, led by Ross Testa, who in turn has worked with Lord Sugar of The Apprentice TV show. Recently featured in the international magazine Forbes, as a bright young entrepreneur, Ross has broken into TV advertising production with his family colleagues at Kempston-based 3 Heads Agency.

The Covid-19 crisis has seen the 3 Heads Agency (formerly known as Yakety Yak) rise to the challenge and come out winning. With them on the journey has been apprentice Jade Bagshaw who came out tops with Triple Distinctions at Level 3 at the end of her 18 month training.

Along the way her progress was monitored by The Bedford College Group’s co-ordinator Gordon Window. It was a testing time during the Covid-19 changes.

Said Roy Testa, MD of the company, father of Ross and sister Jodie: “These have been the most challenging times I have faced in 30 years of being in the sales and media business. I am so proud to see how Ross and Jodie have risen to the challenge and we are all delighted that Jade has been with us on this amazing journey.

“We will be recruiting again and hope to continue working with The Bedford College Group to find the best local talent.”The Testa team are well-known locally for producing a wide range of videos for the Love Bedford social media platforms.
