Employers in Beds, Northants, Herts and Bucks who are confused by the blizzard of information about funding for training, can seek clarity and signposting via The Bedford College Group.

As the region’s No 1 provider of work-related training, including that funded by a wide range of Government organisations, the Group can help businesses find the best route to source much needed support.

This ranges from Apprenticeships to the Kickstart scheme.

Apprentices
Don’t miss out on £2,000 on each new apprentice (aged under 25) and £1,500 for any over 25 hired before January 31, 2021.

This is in addition to the existing £1,000 payment the Governemnt already provides, and benefit of no NI Employer contributions payable on those under 25.

The Bedford College has apprenticeship candidates ready to join your organisation.

Later there will be a bidding process to access funding for 19-24-year-olds traineeships.
