Castle Comedy and Henlow Bridge Lakes are teaming up to hold four Christmas Comedy Specials on Friday 4th, Saturday 5th, Sunday 6th and Friday the 11th of December. They will feature star names, VIP packages, socially distanced seating, table service, free parking, delicious food and a bar with beers and spirits for a great price.

The shows will be held in The Roundel building which is the perfect Covid secure venue. It is a permanent roofed structure with marquee style sides that allow ventilation and a firepit to provide warmth throughout. Combine with a Christmas jumper and you’re sorted!
Headlining the 4th, 6th and 11th shows is Hal Cruttenden. He is one of the top comedians working in the UK today, as well as being a highly accomplished writer and actor. He has hosted Live at the Apollo! Performed twice at The Royal Variety Performance, appeared on Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow and Have I Got News For You. He has his own Radio 4 sitcom ‘Hal’, won Celebrity Pointless and is frequently seen on ‘Great British Bake Off – Extra Slice’.

Headlining the show on the 5th is Ian Stone. The Independent ranks him amongst the top ten stand-ups in Britain! He is one of the most talented topical acts in the country and a regular on television screens. Ian is the star of BT Sports ‘The Football’s On‘ and presents My5’s topical show ‘Comedy Bigmouths’. He has also appeared on ‘Nevermind the Buzzcoks‘ and ‘Live at the Comedy Store’.
