A man has pleaded guilty to drugs supply offences a day after police seized more than £8,000 worth of drugs from his home.
Zeeshan Khan, 30, of Connaught Road, Luton, was arrested by Bedfordshire Police following the operation in the early hours of Monday, July 12.
Officers recovered illegal drugs worth an estimated £8,600 as well as around £2,000 in cash.
At Luton Magistrates’ Court Khan pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply cocaine, crack cocaine and heroin, as well as possession of cannabis.
He did not enter a plea for a separate charge of possession of criminal property. He is next due to appear in court on August 16.
Detective Inspector Tom Stean, from the force’s Intelligence team, which led the operation, said: “This case is what you call swift justice.
“Khan has owned up to his crimes early on after our investigation removed any doubt that he was involved in drug dealing on a serious scale.
“We have had a number of major successes in our fight against organised crime over the past few days, taking guns and a significant amount of drugs off the street.
