Bedfordshire Police were called around 10.30pm on Thursday, July 15, to a report of a stabbing in St Neots Road, Sandy.
A man in his twenties sustained serious injuries, and was taken to hospital for treatment.
A 19-year-old man from Sandy was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, and has been bailed pending further enquiries.
