Annie Keating (NYC) is bringing her European tour to Bedford!
Annie will be playing her sublime alt-country Americana with a blistering four-piece band at Esquires on Friday, April 15, 2022.

Talent spotted by BBC Radio’s Bob Harris, she has performed at leading festivals: Take Root (Netherlands), Glasgow Americana Festival, Maverick (UK), Buscadero (Italy) NXNE and The Brooklyn Americana Fest.
Sharing the bill with the likes of John Hiatt and Bon Iver, Annie has toured internationally in a dozen countries and in 2021 released a fifteen song tour de force – her 10th album “Bristol County Tides” – that shows her at the peak of her powers.

Joining Annie on this stellar bill is local award nominated artist Danni Nicholls. Hailing from Bedfordshire, growing up on the American roots music of her Anglo-Indian grandmother’s record collection, Danni has been paving her way in the Americana/roots scene for over a decade, building a loyal fan base and much critical praise.
With three acclaimed studio albums, produced by and featuring some of Nashville’s finest under her belt, a string of award nominations plus extensive tours and opening slots with the likes of Shakin’ Stevens, The Secret Sisters and Lucinda Williams, Danni, her powerful, arresting voice and her dynamically poetic songs will compel you to fall under her spell.
