Take your mind back to the August edition of Kempston Calling where we featured Charles’s sunflowers.
If you can remember Charles of Spring Road, gave all of his fellow residents a sunflower plant.
Well he raised £1623 + Gift aid for a total of over £2000. This money has been paid to Disasters Emergency Committee for Ukraine.
A great response from those residents who were still handing him money right up to the end.
