The Mall shopping centre in Luton, which many people still refer to as the Arndale Centre, has been sold.
Capital and Regional sold the centre to Mike Ashley’s SDI company for £58 million.
Mike Ashley’s Fraser Group already operates a Sports Direct store in The Mall.
