Do you know someone in Bedfordshire who is outstanding and goes the extra mile to make the county a better place to live in?
If you do, please nominate them to be a Coronation Champion.
This award, with the support of Her Majesty The Queen Consort, will mark the coronation of their Majesties and will recognise inspiring volunteers who have made an exceptional difference to their community.
There are eight categories, supporting older people; supporting young people and children; crisis and welfare; community; sports, culture, and heritage; health and care; sustainability and the environment; and animal welfare.
Anyone can nominate a volunteer and there is a special category for Young Coronation Champions who are aged 14 to 18.
HM Lord-Lieutenant of Bedfordshire Susan Lousada said: “I have met some exceptional volunteers across Bedfordshire.
Please do nominate those who do so much for us within the county so that they can receive the recognition they deserve.”
