The man accused of the murder of Victoria Greenwood, whose body was discovered in a car park in North Hertfordshire, is to go on trial in May.

Appearing in Court on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, Robert Brown, aged 38, from Hitchin Road, Luton, pleaded not guilty to murdering Ms Greenwood, who lived in Bedfordshire, and had been reported missing.

Her body was found in a small car park area between Roe Green and Wallington on Tuesday November 14.

The 41-year-old had been missing since the early hours of Friday November 10.

Robert Brown also denied a second charge of obstructing the Hertfordshire coroner between November 9 and November 15.

Brown, who wore a dark grey tracksuit, was remanded in custody by Judge Michael Simon at Luton Crown Court.

A trial date had been set for May 7, 2014. It is expected to last three weeks.
