LPH Concerts put on four outstanding shows in Bedford

The team at LPH Concerts and Events have completed their recent four-day concert event, which was a massive success! Bedford Park Concerts welcomed Simply Red to Bedford Park, Mambo Ibiza, Paul Weller and the spectacular finale and Bedford’s much loved event Proms in the Park.

Over 20,000 music fans attended the shows, which catered for all music tastes’

Concert Promoter, Mark Harrison, comments: “It was a brilliant four days of live music, the weather was perfect, the audience were in fine form and the acts were superb. We’ve had some amazing feedback from those that attended and we wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone that came and supported us.

We were determined to put Bedford on the map for attracting some of the biggest musical talent in the world, to come and perform here in our much-loved town.

Myself and my dedicated team are all from Bedford so the Bedford Park concert series is truly a special one for us. We are looking forward to coming back next year and hope to have some exciting acts to announce soon!”

Bedford Park Concerts announced at the Proms concert that the show would be back on Sunday 30th July 2023 and the tickets will be on sale via www.bedfordparkconcerts.co.uk in two weeks’ time. The preceding nights are still to be announced.

Diane Waring attended the proms concert and commented: “Fantastic evening, amazing music, superb entertainment. Can’t wait for Bedford Proms 2023. An event our town should be very proud of.”

Concerts organised this year in Bedford/Milton Keynes through Bedford Concerts have been phenomenal, can’t wait for the line-up for 2023!”

The concert team are still hard at work and are touring all over the country, however their next ‘local’ show will be on Saturday, September 3, at Kimbolton Castle with the Queen Symphonic Orchestra.

The stars from the smash hit London West End production ‘We Will Rock You’ will be on stage as part of a rock and orchestral spectacular celebrating the music of Queen.

Queen Symphonic will entertain the crowds with one of the biggest rock shows you are ever likely to experience. Over 60 performers will be on stage, with the ‘We Will Rock You’ star singers backed by a full rock band together with The Heart of England Orchestra.

Rock Choir and Scott McWatt will be the support acts.
