Two Luton men charged with drug offences after police raid in High Town area of Luton

Two men have been charged with drugs supply offences following a police warrant in Luton.

Bedfordshire Police recovered drugs and around £1,000 in cash following the warrant in the High Town area of Luton on Thursday, May 21.

Shab Uddin, 39, of Hazelbury Crescent, Luton and Mahir Ahmed, 19, of Beech Road, Luton, have both been charged with possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.

A third man in his 30s who was arrested at the address has been released on bail.

Uddin and Ahmed appeared at Luton Magistrates’ Court on Friday, May 22 and were remanded into custody, ahead of a future court appearance.
