Ken’s at it again!

A octogenarian from Sandy who has skydived eight times for charity is to celebrate his 83rd birthday in a Spitfire.

Ken Lynch, who served in the RAF, will be flying in the World War Two fighter ‘plane from Biggin Hill in Kent next month – between November 9-14)

Ken, who has paid for the flight himself, is hoping to raise sponsorship for local charities as well as the British Legion and Royal Airforce Association.

Ken a former town councillor, who up until a few years ago had been at the forefront of everything Sandy related.

Over the years he has organised innumerable charity collections and taken part in all manner of sponsored events.

In recent times he has suffered with several severe medical conditions, but now he is back!
