A school in Bedford was shut today/Monday, November 8, 2021, after a man’s body was found nearby. Bedfordshire police cordoned off an area around Bedford Academy School in Mile Road. In a statement Bedfordshire police said: “We are currently at the scene of an unexplained death in Mile Road, Bedford. “Officers were called today (Monday) following the discovery of a body. “The man has yet to be formally identified.” Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to contact police via Bedfordshire.police.uk/report or call 101, quoting Operation Throw.
